Our physical therapists provide care to clients who may have had physical or functional disabilities, resulting in limited mobility. Our physical therapists will focus on helping our clients regain their independence.
Our physical therapists will:
- Evaluate the client’s initial status
- Develop an individualized treatment plan and goals
- Evaluate ongoing client progress and modify treatment plans and goals as needed
- Educate and train the clients on exercises
- Educate and train the clients on the use of assistive equipment/devices
